They would have you believe discussing what you make per hour at the store is grounds for termination. It is not ! It is against wage law to prevent employees from discussing wages at work! The handbook has been updated so discuss with each other and you will be surprised how women and all minority’ are under paid

I've never seen a good outcome from wage discussions
It is a bad idea because you do not want to pay evenly for the same job.
Wage discussions just make employees unhappy. That is why they are a bad idea.
My 2 highest paid employees are an Indian and a woman. Maybe that's a surprise to some of you.
