Fast Eddie was probably informed by his BOD snitches that his bid wasn't going to fly so the decision was made to make a pre-emptive play for only the real estate really wanted b/c all the rest is junk
Not to mention he's still trying to include the SYWR funny money in his headline figure too.
So, this is what's going to become of Sears and Kmart, a hollowed out nothing shell just using their names. Nice...
