Thread regarding Sears layoffs

I've never seen a turd circle the bowl so many times without going down..

That's the best description where Sears is today .But who thought that after the lemon had been squeezed dry that you could get away with pretending to be planting a new seed from the empty fruit. Painfully slow death... the worst.

I've seen many a turd circle the bowl a long time and never go down at my own Sears store. That's what happens with antique toilets, old clogged pipes, and no water pressure. ;)

It's still got one more somewhat viable asset that hasn't been let go yet- Kenmore. Fast Eddie was trying to get it, and DieHard is the final asset. They could still sell off private Kmart labels like Basic Editions, or Smart Sense. There's also the owned properties he hasn't sold yet that still have operating locations within them, so he'll have to close those first. There's still plenty more for Fast Eddie to not want, so until every single possible asset is stripped of it, THEN it'll sink. That's what Fast Eddie wants, and that's his sole purpose in life!

OP - The word for that kind of turd is a "floater". ;-)

@WVQmWPd-1pzp I am guessing you are the same poster that assumed I left before I was fired, now making control oriented comments toward someone else, you must be a store level management employee. How does it feel to know that it's so easy to discern what your job is with the company by how nasty and ill-willed your comments are? Let me give you a piece of advice - other people do not belong to you, nor can you control their actions. Other people will help you complete goals if they like you enough to want to do the work necessary and your mindset has always been the problem with Sears. Fear and threats are not an effective way to manage people, they never have been.

That wasn't a turd. You were looking in the mirror!
