Sorry, I can't tell if you are kidding.
Watson doesn't really do a lot other than marketing hype. One or two of it's components are pretty decent but otherwise it's a collection of unimpressive services and old rebranded products.
"Global execs are having wet dreams thinking how they can acquire Watson." ... Only if they believed the marketing and I'm not convinced there are many folk left that do. The business world hasn't shown the amount of interest required to make back the R&D costs I suspect.
As someone else already mentioned, companies are writing their own "cognitive" services as opposed to using IBM, Amazon, Google etc.
However, if you were kidding.... Good one, it made me laugh quite a lot 😀
