Has anyone heard why the club managers are heading to Dallas within the week?

Why has it been postponed? This needs to end.

Year beginning meeting happens every year, but it’s two months ahead of schedule. So something is up

You just wait.

GCCM, Member Experience, Overnight Assistant Manager and Fresh I will be gone.

Restructure will be as follows:

  • Club Manager (with reduced salary and reduced bonus structure)

  • General Merchandise Manager

  • Fresh Manager will take over all areas of Fresh

  • Team Leads will take over everything, all so they can pinch a few pennies and get rid of us Assistant Managers.

It's going to happen. Just wait.

It’s exactly the same time frame as last year. Once they came back 63 Clubs Closed and they canned a number of Managers. It’s the same process this year. Almost to the day. Once they are back they will be hitting Clubs.Rumor has it more than a few of them are on the block. You can assume nothing good will come from it.

You know why, it's that time of year. The time where changes happen. Be it good or bad....(mostly bad).

Say a prayer and hold on tight!

It’s the market managers going, not cm. This is probably where they will find out club closures, management restructures and movements and whatever other changes are to be implemented.
