They won’t ever get rid of H1B. It costs a fraction for the same degree abroad. Plus I don’t see anyone here paying for their kids education because they had all that postwar boom. So why not let the kids do it themselves too? lol. The whole got mine screw everyone else mentality. See where it got you.
H1 b will never go away. They get taxed at 35% regardless of income. And the companies can write off filing fees and legal fees. Is it really just because you don’t like brown people doing your job better?

Assemly hourly rate is MULTIPLE times cheaper in mexico where record number of GM vehicles. Dont see manual factory jobs have a future in the US.
