What kind of severance is being offered? DO we know yet? The same as usual or have there been changes?

PSI gets 2 wks per yr of service, 52 wk max, VERY few would qualify for that, $7,500 min, all calculated on BASE pay which is only about 25% of average PSI's paycheck since most of our pay was based on commissions. Commissions paid thru 2/08/19 but none on new projects. Must work thru end of Feb to qualify for severance which comes some WEEKS later, so last couple weeks basically working for peanuts and can't get another job until then if you want ANY severance. Few fired employees could afford to qualify for severance which is what HEARTLESS "Christian" Marvin Ellison CEO wants. Screw employees after YEARS of service. More money for him, NO LOYALTY TO HARD WORKING LONG TERM FRONT-LINE EMPLOYEES. Horrible karma and tragic public relations. I bet he is setting up Lowe's to be bought by Home Depot, he is patterning all of Lowe's after HD. Very transparent if you think about it. Horrible for customers, who are quickly seeing Lowe's customer service to reach the lows of HD .Watch Ellison get rid of full time KNOWLEDGEABLE staff to replace with unqualified/inexperienced part timers. He cuts payroll costs, funds HUGE stock buyback instead of investing in ARCHAIC computer systems or facilities, all for "quick" stock price fix but long term disaster.

LP will get a week for every year of service, minimum of 4 weeks, max of 18 weeks. No idea about PSI.
We barely know anything yet...
