So they are cutting hours in 3rd party Wireless . And they are struggling to supply enough coverage for Wireless as it is. So how would they take over Electronics. So what market is your "test club" ???
What happened to the tech team lead in the test club? Who stocks and does audits etc?
They all ready have in a test market. My club implemented 3rd party Electronics about a month ago..
So the 3rd party folks are going to drive forklifts and drop and stock Electronics? They’re going to build and set up display TV’s, laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, etc.? They’re going to do layout changes and resets? They’re going to keep the last one Electronics area working and signed? Stock pallets of mixed freight such as batteries, ink, wall mounts, printers, etc.? Move possibly every TV display and the box stock in order to fit in one new TV? Make sure there are no new items not out for sale in the reserve steel? Complete the Own Your Inventory (no-movement)? Complete
monthly full category audits and top ten item audits for Electronics?
Heard those people are taking over marketing as well. They barely can sell phones on there own, imagine membership
