I was a LOYAL PSI for years, OUR program was profitable and UNIQUE in the home improvement industry. Sure, the program needed much improvement, we had been told for months that was in the works, but much EASIER to FIRE a 1-2 hundred dedicated employees and "throw the baby out with the bathwater". Very LAZY and unthinking of Mr. Ellison, the "Christian" (what a laugh and HOW UNPROFESSIONAL, leave your religion OUT of company communications). Our company motto WAS "never stop improving" but he just fires and eliminates ground engaged TOP SALESPERSONS instead of IMPROVING programs. This is NOT a nice Christian Man, and I doubt he is trying to please customers. Loosing hundreds of GREAT EMPLOYEES does NOT improve customer service or a company.
