Layoffs definitely are still happening. According to the earnings call they reduced headcount by an additional 600 positions (5% of the remaining employees from the 2017 layoffs) since the beginning of 2018 and they continue to look for positions to eliminate.
Yes but they are in Florida - 47 at Tampa office and 75 at Miami. Its not 126 company wide. They lost the contract in Florida so it makes sense they are going to layoff
