Leena had over 200 headshots done last year.. our studio did them (the same studio they are shutting down in 2 weeks). She is so full of herself she insisted on getting head shots both pre and post haircuts. No Kidding no exaggeration. The 4th quarter strategy is social media......bye bye Sears.
It's a simple enough directive just get into MySpace and Facebook and post something positive about your store.
"Advertising" on social media is NOT the job of store staff! That's what the marketers get paid the big bucks for!

They should have cut deeper. And started up higher.
It's about time they raised the standards too many of the store level staff are clueless.
