There is firing happening in Feb/Mar 2019 in mobility group. Budget is reduced by 10% and director in blr already leaving. Was there any cuts in Nov 2018 ?

But they are now hiring considerably for 5G project in mobile core business unit(MCBU)...
I got hired for the same...how risk is to join ?
Our CEO is a salesman from switches. He do not know anything much. 5G products may get customers but no revenues. This is because, most of Mobility SP are in major loss.
No cuts in November. Only in feb I guess.
The MITG Group in Boston is already reduced to dust.
Starent is no longer there. It is long gone. Broadhop team is now at the helm who do not know anthing of mobility
Head cuts are required. They are planning to acquire another 5G company. Already MITG group is led by a SVP who is unaware of mobiltyand came by acquisition. In current form growth cannot happen.
