It' s already well established that the company has paid shills on here, and its obvious and even confessed in at least one case that managers post on here trying to do damage control. And then we have even the mainstream media reporting on Eddie posting under fake IDs on Pebble.

@azm I wonder if that guy ever shopped at Sears and/or Kmart in the years since. If he's had the kinds of frustrating experiences many 'members' have, he may be wishing he did that. ;-)
