The turmoil the last couple of weeks has been very stressful.
I am hoping I made the right decision.
There are still many unanswered questions.
Will the workload be manageable for the people remaining?
Will opportunities be created for the ones that did not push the button?
Will there be a better offer later on ( HR said no - but can you trust them?)
