"Mywork is going away in Q4 2019" ..you mean "MyWork is going away in Q4 2016".. People are continuing to be called back into hubs timing depending on the LOB - I heard the there will still be exceptions but the program as a whole is dead.

I am coming off maternity leave as of Jan. 1 and only know what I hear from co-workers which varies from person to person. I report to Morgan Whitacre's organization. Does anyone know what the options are for someone who does not live within commuting distance to a "hub"? Can anyone detail the hub cities within Whitacre, please.

What are considered the hub cities for Whitacre's org?

I have no issue going back into the office. I have issues going into a hub that is 50 miles further away then the closest office that has 2,500+ people there. This hub mandate is what people are upset about. Not upset about working in an office within a reasonable commute.

Deserve to be treated better in what way? It's unfortunate that the program is going away but it sounds like you have been given advance notice. Many of us were pulled back in years ago...

I was told offline that I would need to return to the office. I communicated offline that I would opt for a severance, given a 2 hour, one-way commute each day. However, I have not been told officially. Obviously SLT doesn't care that many of us are still giving 110% each day, knowing we will be unemployed on any given day. We deserve to be treated better! But all we have isour work ethics at the end of the day.

That org has many who are in MyWork. Was there a broad stroke communication about it or individual ‘conversations’ - the last I heard, CB said that by the end of the year, all would know whether their role would be in the office - but I still haven’t heard anything specific for my area.
