All upper management can rot!! It's unethical what they are doing. My advice is to hit send on your resume before it's too late. Trump economy will give you better opportunities. Don't stay for the measly severance package. No cars will be offered anyway. Layoffs will come in waves. 1/3 of the reps will be gone by April 2019. Same severance will be offered from the 2015 layoffs.
Hahahahaha, yes indeed, karma does s---! Gonna be a lot of people that will find that out the hard way. Management has no problem saying”we are committed for dsd”, all the way up to Dirk himself! Mark my work, when dsd ends (and they have been planning for the exit for years now) they will simply hide behind the “it wasn’t out choice, we were committed”. All the while they know timelines and continue to implement plans for dsd to end! Almost like watching a really bad movie, really poor actors! Don’t be so naive and give them the satisfaction they are good at lying! A fool would know better!

Makes sense! To see the amount of empty space at the west Chester depot makes no sense, until you put two and two together! I sure hope I’m one of the lucky ones that gets let go in April! This place will be u bearable with less reps!! I’ve got my fingers crossed!!

Reps will be reduced by 1/3 by April 2019. Territories will get bigger. Less reps like what happened in 2015. By 2020 DSD will end and Nabisco will go to a structure like the elves. Watch and see. That's the word on the street

If Mondelez recused to pay the slotting fees we have some horrible leadership, but we already know that! So we would still have to maintain a warehouse and deliver, but allow CAO to order and have clerks from stores stock. That makes no sense at all! All the expense but none of the benefits! Think about it, you are being “played here”!

We're too big to go warehouse. My manager at Kroger said that Nabisco refused to pay the slotting fees so we are staying in DSD he said. No layoffs folks! Nothing too worry about! Your jobs will be here for years to come. Thank you!!

Once money is allocated to a budget it is essentially already spent. Money to buy material or upgrade equipment will continue until the budget is consumed.

It’s a leased car mo--n! Who cares, it’s no obligation to the organization. When your fine they simply turn the car back or it goes to someone who remaining! It’s not like they won’t have employees! It’s also more expensive to maintain older cars than to replace the older cars on the lease. Some people had 80,000 miles!
