Mine was NE2 credit of $100 towards an upgraded phone if signed two year contract; $50 for one year contract.

Last VZ product I used was a 3G modem (PCMCIA card)... then they rolled out 4G, reconfigred the tower and it quit working. Opened a ticket, escalated to engineering and after reviewing my case they agreed the service wouldn't work for me anymore and released me from my contract- no ETF.
Since then I have lived in 2 different VZW black holes (very rural areas), don't live in-region so none of their products are relevant.

Some of you seem to be busting on stupid products but while I'm not a VZ cheerleader (hoping to get chosen for the VSP) in all seriousness I have to say I love FIOS, we've had it for years and it's amazing. Before that we had DirectTv and Comcast, both were sketchy (especially DirectTV in bad weather) but FIOS has been 100% reliable.
So many winners to choose from: Get It Now, LG Chocolate, Blackberry Storm, Vcast, Ringback Tones, Samsung Juke, Microsoft Kin, Verizon HUB, Home Phone Connect, Go90, HUM and I'm sure I am missing some other of my "favorites".
So many winners! Its amazing Verizon has not gone bankrupt under the sheer weight of these amazing ideas!
