Kmart and Sears are the worst offenders and Kmart started this opening on Thanksgiving non-sense

Not really sure why people work at Sears if they are so miserable in doing so. Lots of other options available. You either have to be lazy or the very bottom of the barrel if Sears is the only employer open to you.
