Its public information, The peeps listed in the dockets don't seem to care or be raising a call to arms

The "harvest to sell to third party" idea would mean a data broker thought someone would specifically want to try to sell something to Sears. Not much market for that at this point.
But even if someone did, we'd probably never know. Even the people whose numbers/emails are in those files probably wouldn't know. There's so many spam emails/calls sent randomly to any possible email/phone already, it would just mean a few more on the pile for those people.
Looks like they don't care. Lots of info obviously becomes public during a bankruptcy but some of this should have been redacted.
