They care about one thing and one thing only 💰. Corporate greed. We’ve become so micro managed it’s impossible to do our jobs.
They will continue with the smokescreen and “one team” campaign in an attempt to take the focus off the obvious. Know they are diverting our attention to the fact that Keebler is for sale. Everyone is for sale if the price is right! There was a lot of focus at one time that Mondelez was for sale, just had no buyers interested. Kraft took a shot at buying Unilever and not us. Warren Buffet said no! Not a wise investment. Lots of articles on it for those that did not read! Nobody would buy us as a DSD, when they know full well DSD is ending. Thus the premature transition of combining depots. This model is warehouse, not DSD! How many trucks have been pushed into the next day and now are 8-10 hours late?
Now we wait until retailers pull the plug. Kroger will take all its stores CAO in 2019 and WM already has. I don’t know the timeline for the end of dsd but if I had to guess, it’s right around the corner. Time will tell!
