Do I recall correctly, in the past, there have been promotions only in Novembers a/o Aprils?
It becomes very unlikely, that there will be promotions in the last few days of November. So, the next possible promo slot is April 2019!
Anyone know more?

I wouldn’t give up hope for November. The head of Devnet was made SVP last week. There’s hope for us mere mortals after all.
