I did not even know that was a position. Never have seen any posting for such a position.

It's called PSI or PSE "b--ch". You do all the meaningless grunt work they don't want to do.
It's called an 'In Home Sales Coordinator. Some stores have none, some have one for PSE or PSI only depending on the volume. It's all going away anyway. PSE/PSI to end very soon.
No..our store has a PSI and PSE assistant, sort of like some type of secretary, that does customer follow ups on project complaints etc....It is a worthless position. I don't know who created the position, but I have not seen or heard about it in any other store.
When you say assistant, are you referring to the sales coordinator?
