Only took them 40 days to fix my problem. Another ConAgra outsourcing marvel.
I have! Repeated phone calls. Promises to call back with updates never, ever kept. Totally clueless to what is happening to your request. Always told your account has been flagged for action by another team. And it goes on and on like this for weeks. Who are these people?
