Did even one lucky store actually see good sales this Black Friday or did Sears fail as a unit?

The number #1 goal is always to beat last year then you look at the current goal. Beating last year's goal is standard in retail. If your store did not beat last year's sales you failed. Sorry.

Our store was crazy busy. No joke. We were surprised considering how small ad was. But with skeleton crews, we could not get the lines down. Yesterday was pretty busy as well. Especially in hardlines.
