Hey! Our club was the last of our market to go to the 3rd party reps & I’ve been out since the 17th. Nobody could tell me an exact amount on my severance, they said I would find out more once I was terminated. Still haven’t heard anything.. I was told I would be getting something in the mail to sign and send back but still have received nothing. I asked about how I would be getting my pto and they said it would show up on my last paycheck. I checked the paystub today for my last check that will deposit on Thursday and it’s not on there. Not able to get ahold of HR at this time but didn’t know if there were any other previous wireless associates who could fill me in on how theirs worked when they left!

The company made a big mistake with smart circle taking over wireless sales. My club managers are sick of them.
I was told I wouldn’t get severance because I was only there 2 years so I can’t tell you...
The severance package will be mailed out to you with all the info. But you need to make sure you get it sent back in timely. That impacts you if you don’t. As for PTO they keyed you out on the 17th? You should have gotten PTO paid out if you’ve worked for the company over a year. If you worked less than a year you do not get it paid.
