@qxy That was part of a relationship that's been ongoing for years. Sears had been receiving licensing fees and per-signup/use royalties from Citi for their co-branded credit cards for years. Then last year Sears got desperate for cash and agreed to an up-front lump-sum payment to cover the next couple years of what Citi would have owed them on an ongoing basis.

Those are old . We had them for a few months. Came with signing package for $60/$40 new enrollment offer signs.
You wear what Sears requires you to wear. I'm sure Sears is getting kickbacks from signing people up for the Citi c-ap. You are not going to get anything added to your paycheck if that's what you are looking for. It's a sting around your neck with marketing on it...get over it.
Using the same color marker as the lettering just color it out or using the same color of the lanyard just color it out. Your choice

Sears probably can't afford to order new lanyards so they got some handouts from Citi. Look for employee shirts with ads for competitors on it like they do in the ShopYourWay online games coming soon.
