Can someone from a club that has been told that overnight positions are going away tell us what options were given for night crew?

They are correct 4 to 12:30 or 3 to 11:30 pick a shift you also get to pick what two consecutive days you want off the night manager will shift and the night team lead will run the other but whatever shift the night team lead takes a manager still has to close
More Associates to help the member during open hours
What’s happens too the overnight tL
When my club first opened there was no night crew. It was run similarly to this “new” plan. Like previously stated, there are pluses and minuses to it. Obviously, dealing with member traffic when you’re not used to it is going to be an issue. Receiving will have kinks to work out as well but all in all I don’t think it will be horrible.
@WmAeWM1-1nwy I think by 2 Team Leads they mean there will be 2 Team Leads for this new "crew". Other Team Leaders will still be in charge of their respective areas.
So my best guess would be that they would have 1 lead in the morning and one lead in the evening. Makes the most sense. Just have to see what they actually do. Not holding my breath. Be kinda dumb since they are trying to hire us an Overnight Manager right now, we haven't had one at my club for 3 months
So, you people keep saying there will be two teamleads ........ two teamleads where ? For the whole Club, the whole floor ? What happens to fresh teamleads, electronics teamlead, marketing teamlead ?
No night managers. No one working at night to manage. There will be 2 Team leaders.
Front End Manager will take over operations from Grocery Manager and grocery manager will take over receiving.
Managers had a survey just like last cuts to determine positions.
Are they actually letting go of the night managers???
The morning hours are 4am to 12 30pm...evening hours are 3pm to 11 30 pm. You will be stocking and assisting members.
So they will be offered their choice of times to work. The morning shift or the evening shift. Associates with seniority get first pick. They will be there to stock and assist members.
This has happened in other clubs but not mine. I know a few clubs where this has happened with both pros and cons coming from the result. In the end it’s going to be how well your associates adapt to the changes.
