I agree, but I'm not in sales. Mass delete on the middle 5 layers of useless management would save Oracle a lot of money and really help get real work done.
Well, that describes like some 99% of the sales managers right there, the daily is with them being spineless, of course, but also with all the VPs and above all the way up to mH and LE who only want to hire spineless nobody’s because of their fragile egos. So yes everybody is sales at the manager level and above up to and including MH should be fired.
