I'm just so disillusioned by now to think anything will change for better or somebody will be held accountable. Just look at that article about ageism at IBM - it was all over the place, literally. Now nobody is even mentioning it and literally nothing came out of it.
It was proven IBM is targeting employees by age for layoffs and all that happened was some chatter on the Internet over it.
It's time for me to move on to something much smaller where company politics don't affect employees so much and so adversely.
