I am a member host, only working self check out. Now I have to be cross trained as a cashier or runner. What happens to self check out?
The new jewelry counter is anything but self service, still need an associate over their every 10 minutes to help members and send out ring sizing.
We hope your not sitting. Jewelry is going self service like costco. Part timers only and you better get use to being a runner or cashier.

Jewelry is required to cross train as well. Don't think you above everyone else. It starts on the 7th of December.
Watch what happens when the Market Managers are the next round of victims . They will be interviewing for half the spaces now . True story.. maybe they can cross train those useless gas bags! They double as Door Greeters, Zoners, Better yet Fresh experts!😂😂😂
Must be stressful to be in a position that has to cross train. I’m a jewelry lead and don’t have to worry on any of it. Just sit at the counter and watch the chaos.
