One of 4 call centers that sell Coverage for appliances. Sears has a new agreement with Assurant to back agreements being sold. Call centers have not been able to sell agreements since early November.
This is good for us in service as sad as this sounds but damn the call centers for selling all the warranties before we get there. Or at least trying so hard that by the time we get there and offer the warranty they flip sh--. We are the ones that should get all sales... we deal with them in their homes face to face. And for the techs who don't believe in sales this helps me even more when you don't offer and I go back on your recall lol. I get the free money...
