I'm a veteran in CCBU BLR for past 15 years. I have worked here will whole heart and mind. But the managers and director are so dumb and do not understand the history of the product while taking decisions. A lot of good people have left the BU and the management is so pathetic that no good can be given to any human working here. The monetary benefits are all not here. It is a pain working.

Its a dead BU with demons at the helm, both in R&D and Product Management.
One of the former Product Manager of CCBU Blr gave an interview in my organisation. The story that he told about the BU was too horrible about back stabbing and polishing shoes of the managers.
Five 9 Contact Care will be acquired by Cisco in another year most. See more ex CCBU folks are joining them. Layoff in existing BU to continue and this will pave way for this new acquisition.

CR should work towards making the Managers and director line also slim. A lot of managers have saved their @ss by becomming product managers. The number of such people are intact in CCBU
Anytime a group of techies does anything good in bgl office, parasite and vulture managers will pounce to take charge, take the credit of others work and ride the new gravy train with email forwarding and scrubber manipulation
I have seen this cycle n times including on myself. Left bgl csco a while ago - the trend is further downhill
Avoid this BU in Bangalore at any cost. Very poisonous management.
Line managers are promoted as Product Managers just to save their jobs. This has happened in Blr CCBU just because of politics. Many good product managers have left the account. Only such promotees are left. This has resulted in poor decesion making and projecting Blr as a weak center.
CCBU is preparing itself for another acquisition. This will be the startup founded by RT. Bangalore was always a dump yard for lifeless products. We from BXB use to move such products there. So no doubt it is led by lifeless managers.
CCBU is notorious organization. It is run in Blr by old politicians of Cisco and Wipro. Avoid that BU.
The managers take money and do recruitment here. Or they select people from their village. Shameless.
This is a known fact about CCBU Bangalore. Many good Product Managers left this BU due to the politics. I know one Product Manager who is in the BU for long just by folding hands in front of directors.
