This article states that IBM i set to use uts AI tools into the sector of human resources, with the goal of making better and easier decisions in talent recruiting and in general HR operations. Think that this isn’t going to bring anything good. Watson failed in healthcare, failing in HR could be the final nail in its coffin.

Just a PR excersise to create any interest they can in Watson - which has just become is a running joke in the tech industry.
With so little Human Intelligence eminating from Armonk these days, a little Artifical Intelligence can’t hurt.
Personally, I think this might be an improvement over the current HR system. :-)

Judging by how badly IBM HR messed up my paperwork and payments after I was laid off, I suspect HR was already replaced by Watson.

IBM has been using some form AI the past few years in HR to forecast who is a flight risk. This s not new. Just more hype.
You have great faith in BIG BLUE. Watson is a disaster. It's diagnosis in Cancer results in potential DEATH of patient. Oh, that is good? HR is not a science, it is an art and Watson cannot do that.
