Just when I think we are done, I hear about another place being hit with layoffs. I'm now at a point where I'm mentally preparing myself for everyday layoffs being a part of our reality for good.
I think it's really sad that this is how low the leadership has allowed this once great company to fall.
The senior manager and up will try to save themselves and no actual workers will be
there. No profit and big expense!
Half of the staffs in my department around the globe were given notices. I guess double the work for me now. Don’t understand how it will work out since the one got notices are mostly frontline staffs and mid level directors. But all the Senior managers are staying.
