Almost 80% IT staff has been told that their last day is Mar31 except for those who will be employed by TCS. They are showing this as a favor that enough notice is given but actually all this is being done to give enough time for transition to an Indian company.
Employees have been blackmailed to accept these terms and wait till March otherwise they will loose severance. Such a coward and deceitful management.

Meeting is on the 7th floor around 10 or 11. It's one of the usual gigs where they split the groups in half based on how your last name starts.

Likely the final round of cuts coming Tuesday onwards with completion ahead of the all-employee meetings on Thursday. Good luck all and I hope we see each other in the new year.
They will announce severance packages in January once TCS confirms that they are good to take over. If not they will keep extending deadline and keep blackmailing existing staff. Haven't seen such a deceitful company in my life.
The waves of fear and apprehension are a feature not a bug. Don’t want to work extra hours? Don’t want to accept your annual 2% raise? Don’t want to force yourself to laugh at your lead’s corny or inappropriate jokes? Dare to take a vacation? Don’t want to take on special projects to cover someone else’s $&@?

I don’t know how others feel but walking into Kennedy office each morning is getting harder and harder. Stressful!! We have no idea who has been let go or even the number of people. I get the feeling they don’t want the public to know. Might look bad on them. Lol. Amazing haven’t heard any HR bs about wearing our little “how are you feeling” badges. It’s not like I ever believed they gave a s@&t anyways. They should have just come out and did the layoffs right across the board in one shot. I’m guessing they didn’t because it’s their sneaky way of keeping it on the down low from the outside world. Or maybe it was too much work all at once for them. There are people busting their butts there to make deadlines and working excessive hours. The working class. Too bad they couldn’t have given us the same courtesy by doing this in a timely manner. Instead they have caused high levels of stress and in the end there will be people who will pay with their health. It’s very sad 😔

All the upper management saved themselves. Same people in top management how will they bring change. They are the ones who brought company to this stage. Amazing management its better to find something outside and leave this mess.
