So how many were ready to leave anyway? I was going in 2020 anyway. I look at as a free year. Already have my financial house in order.

I was going around May, after the bonus. So this worked out good for me. Good luck to everyone that is leaving in the next month or 3 or 6.
I wasn't necessarily ready but just became tired of the quarterly layoffs. With the talent and technology, this could be a really special place to work but instead it has turned into a morale killing beast. Ready now to search for happiness in a job since the golden handcuffs are being unlocked.
I was planning to retire in October 2019 ( when I qualify for full SS) so the VSP is just icing on the cake for me. Can't believe the good timing, but very thankful and so ready to go.
Me. I had intended on leaving late 2019, early 2020. Losing the tuition assistance is gonna stink a bit (no matter what release date I'm giving), but look forward to a new beginning
