What is everyone's quota for December. I am sick and tired of my quota increasing month after month. This new comp plan is complete garbage and everyone hates it and plans on joining CWA there had been numerous Town Halls with reps and the union. Sell more make less. Quota keeps increasing but phone are the only thing that count. I am done joining the union here we go.

With all the Fraud sling some tablets! Verizon wants to be greedy be greedy back!
I have also don better with this structure. Say F the phones and sell pull through. Plus they don’t charge back.
I hate saying this but I actually like the new structure. It took me a month to figure it out but I got it. Sell pullthrough and consistently pitch it. Know your promos and get excited when talking about it with your customers. I have had the highest checks I have ever had with this company since the switch. But my bucket is always 150% ^^^^ and higher. I hope this helps.
But My heart does go out to busier stores because the new structure makes it much easier for a person with a lower overall quota to multiply on the bucket etc. it’s much tougher in a high volume store because you can only see so many people in one day.

Our bucket is around $16k which is more than double July with close to 18 reps
Most of us have Bachelor degrees, since that’s what Verizon recommendation is for a-- position.

Frontline employees deserve to make a living working full-time. Our output is increasingly more, while our paychecks dwindle. This is no longer a 50K-60K job, it’s statistically impossible for every representative in a store to make that annually given the commission changes, loss of CEI, etc. Educate yourself before you compare us to burger flippers, you knuckle-dragging chuds.
Our quota is around 115 devices 12k bucket.
Most of the people complaining on this site are making 50-60k and barely have the qualifications to get a 30k job anywhere else. That being said quit your whining and do your job. If you don't want to SELL then go flip your burgers.

@1fwe, I think it’s a safe bet that an individual who uses “prolly” as a substitute for probably is going to prolly have many months without a check over the course of his or her life.

Higher quotas and 30% less traffic! We are being told that corporate is trying to push people on line and keep them out of stores, so why does our quota keep going up? I give the stores 2yrs tops.
Higher quotas in December? Wow. Has that ever happened before?
Same at every store, we are already short staffed, and the remaining 5 of us are all looking to quit, the money used to offset the non-stop customer b---s--- and horrid micromanaging, now I sell twice as much and make half. I think the company wants us to quit so they don't have to severance us. 1 person,1 out of 5 was over 75 percent of quota, and the damn managers are starting to write people up for not hitting numbers. We have had big time union talk in our district, most at our store want to join to make it a union store and then quit. This company is not doing themselves any favors, your customers are only as happy as your employees!!!
In unionized stores, quotas go up just like yours. That is not the answer.
If the job is junk, keep it, until you can find a better one.
