Commerce and Dolores FG positions going to managers

I heard that commerce and Dolores are going to be the test points to utilize low level managers in the roundhouse planner positions. This would mean that FGs are on the hit list next?

Ya the next 30 percent are yard crew. Yardmasters. Mops in yards foremen fg1s managers. Freight side is next they make more money than craft employees no mechanical cuts

I heard Dolores shop manager was let go last month. Also do they have enough managers to run 3 shift of the round house?

This was the plan all along, WC has lost most of their FG working at away points. All of the FG working on the truck at Beaumont,Mira Loma and Yermo where sent back down to there tools.

That has been a long term plan but can’t keep young managers to do it.

Not the 1st. I was a FG1 in pocatello until Feb and was replaced with a manager. Looks like that's the trend.
