Aerospace headquarters moved from Torrance to Phoenix many years ago for many of the same reasons.

I think what many people are failing to realize is that New Jersey has a corporate tax rate of 11.5% Compared to North Carolina's 3%. New Jersey State income tax up to 10.75% Compared to North Carolina's 7%. Boy Democrats have really screwed that state up. And yes I went there New Jersey has a governor that supports Sanctuary cities Spartacus Cory Booker and a corrupted Senator Menendez. You can't blame Honeywell for wanting to get out of that hell-hole

This company has no integrity or ethics. How can a company remove work from home and then say they are reducing global greenhouse gases. DA signs this sustainability policy. https://www.honeywell.com/citizenship/sustainability....biggest joke. We care...they only care about greed at all costs with no care for the world or their employees....only care with what they can get away with...legal yes....ethical no.

Just watched video of announcement: fearless leader quotes: "unquestioned moral compass" and "highest level of integrity". Wonder why he had to say that. Also claimed to be Panthers and Hornets fan.

Cheap labor coming from t-b-cco fields and Wendy's. May need to start a math and readI got test as they did in Rocky Mount NC years ago. I'm sure they'd locate in Raleigh as they almost landed them when they choose Atlanta last time.

Big change from New Jersey.

Corporate grifters. Moves to Mexico. Moves to Texas. Moves to North Carolina. They shed employees and go to lower-paying states. It's a win-win for Darius. Not so much for those currently employed.

It will be cheaper for you to live in NC, so since you will be getting a financial benefit, you'll be expected to pay most of your own way. Maybe you'll even get a wage cut since costs are less. HR will help you get through it, though.

So, Honeywell gets a bunch of money for moving, but let's see how much money the current employees get that are NOT on the leadership team.

They should return to a

work-from-home-is-OK policy

so Darius can do that in

his home office in his underwear,

maybe from his Wine Cellar full of $500.00 + fancy CEO wines

instead of wasting millions on a new HQ in NC

just so he doesn't have to s--- up a nasty commute like everyone else
