VDSI Is Recruiting

Senior Project Manager's just for name sake shortlisted irrelevant employees. Spm's keep their slaves. Management is not willing to retain employees who resigned due to Infosys transition. But they are recruiting more employees.

There is no difference between termination and resignation except for perception. I am a domestic employee being terminated for declining the InfoSys offer. However I am also retiring with a big chunk of money. They can call it whatever they want but they are still getting rid of you. I understand there are cultural reasons why VDSI employees want to refer to it as a resignation, but you aren't really resigning, you're being pushed out.

In VDSI those who don't accept Infosys offer will be terminated by December 31. They have mentioned that it will be considered as resignation. There is a lot of difference in termination and resignation.

Management has no choice in retaining rebadgers who declined. There will be no VDSI hiring where people have been rebadged as the code will not exist in house any longer. VDSI may be hiring in other areas that were not subject to rebadging, if there are any.

No one, who did not accept the Infosys offer will be retained.

Of course, 95% in India did accept the Infosys offer.

(This is per data from an Infosys meeting).
