Eddie still owns most of Lands' End. Is he involved with their decision making or have any influence?

1tbt... moving out of Sear and opening stand alone shops is the best thing for LE. The lack of foot traffic in the stores was killing their sales

Land's End is still an Eddie owned operation. It's just another way for him to parasite money out of Sears.

No. Sears sold Landsend back to itself a few years ago. Landsend is taking itself out of Sears when there leases are up. They are starting stand alone shops.

Yes Lands End used to have superior quality and an unconditional guarantee because you weren't going to need to return to much. Now it's low end quality a small cut above those one off no name mall stores. He upended Lands' End.

He just elects their entire Board of Directors, which just appoints all their executives, which just hires all their managers, which just hires all their employees. That's all.
