Rumor has it the 5G work and antennas will be done by the union in the northeast . I say that it is a b---s--- rumor and contractors already doing work . Anyone hearing anything different ?

All 5G mini cell work is done by contractors. VZ Core only hands off the fiber.
VZ is going contractors more & more. More & more. Employees, less & less & less & less.

Vz hangs the fiber. Vzw does the nodes. Vzb does the install at prem. That was from 2nd level. He also said that could change.
Everyone knows that by now it’s mostly contractors. This includes contractors that were previously Verizon employees that returned as contractors. Yep, I handed out an imaged laptop to one of them.
