Oneonta, another D-volume up for lease renewal is set to close it’s doors after Christmas. Wake up people, this is happening! If you are in a lower volume store, nothing is guaranteed, the Company is looking to remove more dead weight and this is their next initiative to do just that.

As expected... this was telegraphed long ago. For this company to survive, the "dead weight" needs to be jettisoned, too many smaller markets can't support a BBB.
The balance sheet is not so much the problem as I've said before, it's the freaking store count, lower volume stores with upcoming lease renewals are likely toast at some point.
