Xerox announced the appointment of Suzan Morno-Wade as the new company executive vice president and chief human resources manager. Was hoping to get some opinions on this move. My take is that this is going to trigger more reductions. With new people come new ideas and I think that the company made this appointment in the purpose of reorganizing the workforce.
