Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Unfair treatment

In my club it matters who you are as to what the rules are. There are a chosen few who can do no wrong. Their working hours can be adjusted to what they need. No one is to be off in December yet there are people have vacations and time off. The rest of us have to accept that it is what it is. Managers talk down to hourly employees and nothing is ever done about it. Rules should be the same for all employees, not different rules for different people. I am leaving after 19 years and I can't get out fast enough. Club managers don't appreciate associates at all and now they are getting it back. Get out while you can!!!!!!

Same issue at our club. Holidays are blocked and the same people still get it off. Calls market office and threatens to escalate it up to corporate if not approved. gets there way every time. Rude to all associates and vendors hate coming in. When does it end? Hope there new position gets cuts.

Agreed! But that's pretty much the way it is everywhere. I must admit though that Sam's is quite a bit extra. Good luck to you! There is so much better out there! I have found it!
