8125 last I saw is around 100% sales and yeah there shrink is like under profit but I bet that's due to getting rid of t-b-cco prolly had a really bad audit there had to bit the bullet after getting rid the department I heard they had 500k shrink in t-b-cco once so that's why it's not profitable now only thing I see wrong is the club is 30+ years old
