The railroads, shareholders and management are profiting. The rails are running with fewer and fewer people doing the work. The work is getting more technical. Walmart and Amazon and many fast foods are paying $15 an hour. Its time the wages of the Crafts see some larger increase. NEXT CONTRACT DEMAND/VOTE FOR OUR SHARE OF THE PIE. REMEMBER! Dems should be in office and are more likely to side with the Crafts. I hope. Good luck to all.

We have done worse under democratic presidents. look at what obama did to the ble agreement by appointing a pro company PEB.. they lost their COLA, and in a time of record profits and inflation the raise increase barely covered the rise in healthcare.

Every Rail Union member should educate themselves on how the Railway Labor Act works and what we are and are not allowed to do within its mandates. Every Rail Union member should also learn how the political balance in D.C. affects Pattern Bargaining within the RLA through the actions of the NMB and PEB. Knowledge is power.
