Question for PTC's. How is Workday working out?

Inventories, shink, CIM, own your inventory, audits, staffing, scheduling, etc. are a mess. So what does the company do to help us out??? Pull the PTC! Put more on the leads. Saying it's as easy as 123 on the me app. Of course without any pay adjustments. Can't wait for the staged pictures on workplace with leads smiling as they struggle to hire, adjust schedules to meet budgets, taking on all the daily drama issues in the club's, insurance issues, associates that need help with CBL's, paycheck questions, missed punches and an endless list of other things!!! Company is happy to help us succeed!
Our PTC leaves on December 7th. We were a test club and obviously they've decided to continue with the cut.
Ours has 45 days left
Working out pretty good actually because we now because we aren’t responsible for anything. Only Mgmt and team leads. We are there to call the people support team at HO when something doesn’t work. So yea we are patiently waiting for our day. Some still believe that only the expectations will change.
They just help where needed in the club until they leave with severance or get into another position.
We don't have a PTC she took her severance and left 2 days ago.
