So just had call on salespro 2.0. Sort of baffled here. Mixed signals. At first I heard Marketing will be out and third party will be taking over utilizing iPads inside the facility for signing up new members and now someone mentioned we are not going anywhere. Anybody have a clue?

End of January huh? End of the year. hmmm smell a rat. But we'll wait and see.
@WumHvGx-1fhr it is not training on the iPad. It was training gohr the new program. So obviously you don't understand. I am sure most of us are prepared for when they do eliminate the position.
The good thing is they will have associates like you to explain how to work sales pro to whom ever takes over membership. Because its not that hard. But yet you ask any manager what are do and most of them can not talk about it.
We also are just tired of being strung along. And would like it to be over.

Excuse me, but whats there to train on an ipad ? Cant b all that hard and i would bet they already know how to use it. They dont need you to stick around just for that. You people are reading wayyyyy too much into this. Remember, your job isnt anymore important or harder than anyone elses. Quit guessing and just be ready when it happens
We are suppose to receive the new iPads the end of January
So when do you get the new iPads?
What's funny is they will let us get use to it for a few weeks then have us train the new people taking over. That's how they've done everyone who has gotten a new way to do things.
You are correct , we heard the same answer. They really dodged the question of who would get the iPads. Something fishy about this
If you think about the process of sales pro 2.0 we are making it easier for a third party to come in and take over. 2yrs prior to audit being eliminated tbey started receiving new tools. Then look what happened to them.
2 years ago membership was told about sales pro. Personally I feel the writing is still on the wall.
They said membership will be getting new Express iPads. It sounds like we have to share with the desk. Please clarify if someone understood differently.
Possibly they keep the coordinator, but I feel the teamlead will go away.
Only time will tell.
@qgz gotta love how they don't really answer questions. Better than they did audit though. They told audit on their conference call that they weren't going anywhere, and we see what happened a short time later. So really it doesn't matter what they say at all. They will deceive anyone without any guilt or compassion. Heartless
On the conference call about the Salespro someone asked if MTL and the Coordinator would both be getting iPads. That question was answered like this "membership team will be getting Ipads" now I'm gonna leave this right here for someone to figure out what that reply meant.
