Monica is coming back to Alpharetta Monday 12/10/18 which is DOOMS day for those of us staying. Why is she coming here. She needs to keep her behind at home. That goes for Steph & JBB

The Alpharetta Center is full (jam packed really) with some of the laziest, most incompetent, ghetto, entitled, two faced, run-to-HR-to-tattle-tale, snake in the grass people I've ever met in my entire life. Most of them are management, who are only management because they knew someone for 10+ years. Nepotism runs rampant in the South and "Open Door Policies" are a lie. I cannot wait for December 28th.
What's sad is, leadership in the Alpharetta call center is placing reps on finals, leadership won't dispute surveys, all the say is what should've, could've happened on a call. More then 50% of Alpharetta clicked that button to leave all because of poor leadership. Once all the changes are made I wonder would that change include the culture at Verizon.
Monica is the VP of the BGCO.. JBB is the Director of the Alpharetta center

Best wishes to the ones leaving. Some of you sound miserable so hopefully things work out for you. The grass can be greener on the other side. Im sure the ones staying made the best decisions for them as well. No one knows what the future holds but faith with whatever decision you made goes a long way. Happy Holidays and God Bless

I heard there was a "next steps" call today and they said in the call that only 5k will be given a 12/28 date. I guess that number is meaningless unless we know the total thst pressed the button
Stephanie & JBB are both minions who do not know c-ap. Stephanie is the worse representation of leadership I have ever seen. Leadership should lead by example. I don't think she knows what that is. But guess what JBB is even faker than Stephanie. She comes up makes a show of support then gone again. She can take that fake Azz smiling, pretending like she cares self somewhere and sit down on the Azz she needs to find since she was not blessed with any.
Leadership knows that it's not the quantity of those who took the VSP that'll unsettle the sheep, it's the quality of those walking away.

Monica is coming to tell yall that if you are upset.. You have every right to leave LOL. so pack your stuff or she will throw it out for you... Yall know she doesn't care what yall have to say. I really would like to see what comes out of her mouth while visiting. This should definitely be a SHOW!

Coming on 12/10 means they’re anticipating fallout from the VSP. Usual corporate shenanigans to try and put a bandaid on everyone’s feelings and make everything ok using smooth words.
